Program Overview
We have developed this program for founders and owners of businesses who want to use digital tools and data to optimize their companies. During the program, you will work on a project to optimize your business. At the end of the program, you will have a ready-made plan for implementing business process transformation and optimization in your company.
Over 16 weeks, experts will guide you in optimizing your company’s business processes. You will identify inefficient business processes, modernize them with the help of AI, or make decisions on switching to new methodologies. The course includes a separate block on AI implementation.

You will learn about the role of AI in management and its practical use in reorganizing business processes.
Module 5. Augmented Intelligence
Understand the concept of augmented intelligence and its potential in business decision-making.
Module 6. Ethical considerations in AI
Consider the ethical aspects of using artificial intelligence and get acquainted with examples of unsuccessful use of AI and the consequences of this.
