Offline workshop on the art of pitching and storytelling by Jeff Cabili
3 / 5 / 23Why is not only “what you say” important, but also “how you say it”? How to effectively present your idea and attract the attention of the audience and potential investors? To understand the details of pitching and effective communication, SET University is running a two-day offline workshop in Lviv with Jeff Kabili, a Stanford University professor and expert in storytelling and the art of presentation.
The workshop will take place on 5 and 6 March at the Lviv office of SET University’s partner, Sigma Software. Effective non-verbal communication, storytelling & art of pitching is designed to support leaders in Ukrainian IT, the public sector, business, and education.
During the workshop, you will discover the history of innovations in Silicon Valley and effective strategies for non-verbal communication, storytelling, and pitching. Also, all participants will have the opportunity to present their projects in a classic 3-minute pitching format and receive feedback on improving their presentation to attract potential investors.
The program was created by Jeff Cabili, a Stanford University professor and mentor at Plug and Play, Draper University, and StartX startup incubators. He is a specialist in effective non-verbal communication, storytelling, and the art of pitching.
