SET University and Customertimes have signed a partnership memorandum. Under the agreement, Customertimes experts will participate in the university's curricula, develop new educational programs, and run a virtual laboratory.

The partnership opens up additional opportunities for students. Customertimes is an international IT company headquartered in New York and with offices in 12 countries. The company specialises in the implementation of digital solutions, product development, and consulting. The global team brings together 1300+ professionals with over 15 years of experience and a portfolio of 4000+ projects in 65+ countries.

"The constant exchange of expertise between industry leaders and students is one of the pillars of SET University. The virtual laboratory will be a new format for SET students as it will help them focus on development, research, hypothesis validation, and comprehensive cooperation with Customertimes experts. This is a partnership about hands-on skills and strategic value that will help our students compete for the best projects on the market,"
says Iryna Volnytska, President of SET University.

The concept of a virtual lab involves simulating and comprehensively recreating a real laboratory environment. SET University students can work with Customertimes experts to test hypotheses, analyse data, and collaborate in real-time. The teams will join forces to share expertise in software development and architectural solutions, technology project management, high-load systems, and other topics.

Customertimes experts are already involved in the development of SET University’s educational programs, including lecturing modules as part of SET University’s Master of Cyber Defence and Master of Computer Science & Innovation Engineering master’s programs, lectures as part of the Information and Cybersecurity Management micromaster’s program, and jointly with the SET team developed a course on Solution Architecture.

"At Customertimes, we encourage continuous learning and promote a culture of knowledge sharing. Our experts share real-life cases through our lab and educational programs — how to communicate with clients, implement technology on projects, and interact with people in a team. In our joint courses, students learn how to apply knowledge to benefit themselves, their businesses, and the IT industry,"
adds Artem Kolyshkin, SVP, Global Delivery Head at Customertimes.
